About This Project
Master Bath
The homeowners wanted a timeless yet contemporary design for their master bath remodel. To meet these perimeters, we chose to create a marble sanctuary. We used large scale marble tile on the floor, walls, and shower. We added a stunning marble inlay in the center of the room. Some of the additional features that make this bathroom special are in-floor heating, an oversized solid surface tub that retains heat for hours, custom cabinetry, RH lighting and his-and-hers shower fixtures. This space is a true homeowner’s retreat.
Tween Makeover
The homeowners wanted to transform this room from a child’s room to a space fit for a tween. We clad the entire room with floor to ceiling wainscoting and painted it in a soft white color. We added three-dimensional metallic wallpaper inside the panels to create dimension and add some color to the walls. A beautiful floral inspired chandelier, new hardwood flooring, window coverings, white bedding, and a ceiling hung mirror came together to create a truly magical space fit for the most discerning tween.
Guestroom and Guest Bath
This family wanted to create a sanctuary for hosting family members through the holidays. We created a calm and relaxing space for visiting family members to enjoy by painting the walls, adding new furnishing and adding tranquil décor. The guest bath was dated and didn’t provide enough storage. We used Zellige handmade tile from floor to ceiling on the walls and inside the shower to create drama and draw the eye to the tall ceiling height. Brass fixtures, pulls and lighting added warmth and sparkle to the space. We incorporated textured floor tile that is not only beautiful but also provided a non-slip surface for elderly visiting family members.
Laundry
This laundry room needed a complete redesign to provide better functionality for the homeowners. We added floor to ceiling custom cabinetry to provide ample storage. We also brought in light quartz countertops to give the homeowners a large working counter. Brass fixtures, pulls and lighting added warmth to the space. The crown jewel of the space included metallic floral wallpaper and a tear drop chandelier. This is a wonderful space for the family to do laundry.
Master Bedroom
The homeowners wanted a light and airy retreat where they could unwind from their busy and demanding careers. We reimaged the space by adding hardwood flooring, soft-geometric wallpaper, RH chandelier and lamps, and custom drapery. The room lacked a focal point so we added a gas fireplace and feature wall using limestone tile and a custom mantle. We added custom built-ins flanking the new fireplace for additional storage. The end-product was truly a sophisticated sanctuary for the homeowners to enjoy.
Tween Bath
The family wanted a coastal design for this tween bathroom. We used light-stained custom oak cabinetry with light quartz countertops, azure colored tile and a teardrop Capiz chandelier to bring in a coastal design. Brass fixtures, pulls and lighting added an element of sophistication.
Teen Hangout
We converted an extra bedroom into a fun teen hangout space. We added whimsical lighting, a media center, colorful artwork and a pullout couch for sleepovers to create a fun and functional teen space.
