About Michelle
Meet Michelle
I have been renovating homes for the past 25 years. During that time, I have forged wonderful relationships with trades and suppliers which allow me to implement my designs with the highest quality materials and in the most cost effective manner.
One of the most important skills of a designer is to have the ability to listen to clients even when clients don’t think they are saying anything important. I have gleaned so much from casual conversations with clients during which they reveal a great deal about how they live their lives and utilize their spaces. I use this information to create designs that are not only beautiful and timeless, but also provide functionality to make everyday life more enjoyable.
I hope to have the opportunity to help you create beautiful spaces in your home or business.
Design Process

Phase One
Pre-Design
Phase one will consists of a telephone call with Michelle or a member of her design team to establish the scope of the project including vetting clients’ needs and goals. During this call, we will also discuss the design fee. If clients wish to move forward at this point, a design contract will be emailed and executed by the client to retain our design services.

Implementation
During phase five of the project, we transition our role to project manager and work closely with the all parties including architect, engineer, general contractor or trades to ensure that the work is being performed in a workman like manner, with quality craftsmanship and according to project timelines. We also act as liaison between all the parties to manage seamless coordination of tasks.

Project Conclusion
Phase six of the project will include finalizing the implementation of all design aspects, a final walkthrough with the contractor to ensure all punch list items have been completed, and closing out any outstanding invoices. We will also have professional photographs taken of the final project for our marketing purposes.
